We went to Papagayos on Valentines Day. We both enjoyed our meal. I had the most delicious shredded beef enchiladas I have ever had. My husband had carnitas taco plate and he said they were full of meat and very tasty. Our server did a good job and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely come back.
Excellent place to eat as i havent tried it yet on their food, but Im looking forward to next time.
